"I tried one star but could not! The 16th of June, 2018 a two ton h/vac uniit was installed. It cooled for twenty minutes and quit. It was fixed in a few hours and leaked freon from day one! On June16th, 2024 a squirell ate the thermostat wires. On ac; hot air came out! I paid $150 to fix it and all that was done is wires were switched to get the ac on! Nothing said about the leak and was told it will be $950 to run new thermostat wires! Teo technitians came on June 24th to fix it and nothing was done! I adked if thecehite condensation was freon leak a and was told YES! They wetmre going to leave and come back to put dye in to find the leak! I askwd why can't you look at thecair handler and find the leak. They founf it and coils were to be ordered and put in at a cost if $1,350! Here it iis June 9th, 2025 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! They had 99 calls showing how incompetent they are! STILL WSITING GORCRRPSIRS! "

"I paid $150 to get my h/vac repaired. All I got was a wire swap to getvthecac working as a squirrel ate the wires. I was told it would be $950 at first but went to $550 to run the wire. I was without ac for months trying to get enough to pay. My wiring got fixed for free but the compressor will not come on. I called Brian's H/VAC andcwad told s technitian would be here Monday! I called to see when they would come and was told they have 99 calls! The technitians try to avoid as many jobs on yhe clock ad possible to charge $150 instead of $99! Here I sit in front of a fan waiting until Thursday. "

"Tried to give this company my business but guy that answered asked where my fire was after waiting 24 hours for a call back for a system swap estimate just to be told that they wont install a system they didnt spec out and overcharge me for even tho its an even swap. Guy on the phone that finally answered was a total a**hole. Stay away unless u like being degraded. Apparently they have better things to do then make easy money!"

"The technician came out to check my heat pump and said I needed a whole new system. He priced up a new system and charged $75.00 for the call. I had my son check the heat pump and he found a leak in the suction line. He brazed it and refilled the system and his expenses came to $65.00, including the refrigerant. The Technician didn't bother to test for a leak and he said they would charge me over $700.00 for the refrigerant.and $250.00 to find and repair the leak. Brian's Air only seemed to want to sell me a new unit. My unit is 6 years old. I finally got something back from my son's education."
